The Lord Chamberlain issues a warrant granting liveries to the eighteen members of the King's Men, comprising for each four yards of bastard scarlet for a cloak and a quarter yard of velvet for a cape, to be delivered to 'Iohn Lowen, Ioseph Taylor & Eillardt Swanston and fifteene others their fellowes.'
