- Transcription Record notes
- N. B. The document appears to exist in two different manuscripts: one, transcribed in Wickham and MSC, 1.4-5, in the Privy Council Register; the second, transcribed in Bawcutt, among the State Papers, Domestic, James I. Both Wickham and Bawcutt, however, cite MSC, I.4-5 as an alternate source for the transcription, while MSC, I.4-5 cites Chalmers, but notes that he relies on the the SPD and not the PRC version.
