Abstract

In his memorandum book, Philip Henslowe records his share of the takings from play performances by the Lord Strange's Men at the Rose playhouse. The list includes a number of plays in the company's rotation, including 'Richard the confeser' several repeat performances of 'titus & ondronicus'.
