Abstract

Paul Buck's lease on the Newington property contains an error: the dimensions are incorrect. The Dean and Chapter of Canterbury issues a new lease, in which the dimensions are to show 'the full content of the landes inclosed in [the] saide garden and garden plott not fullie set downe in the former lease as it was inclosed and taken in by the saide Richard Hickes in his lyfe time.'
