Abstract

Following the death of Richard Hickes, Richard Cuckowe assumes the lease on the six parcels of land comprising the Newington Butts property. The lease excepts a segment of the piece known as Lurklane, the tenement which Hickes erected the playhouse, now enclosed and occupied by Peter Honingborne.
