In response to Giles Allen's suit against Peter Street over the Theatre playhouse property, Cuthbert Burbage sues Allen in the court of Requests. Cuthbert Burbage makes an affidavit in which he accuses Giles Allen of pressing his trespass suit at the court of King's Bench against Burbage, despite the injunction ordering him to stop further proceedings until Burbage's suit is settled in Requests court.
