Newman and Hunnis reply to Anne Farrant's testimony. They deny that they have ever been behind in their rent, and contend that they have had work done on to the buildings, except upon one occasion when Farrant obtruded herself in the matter and prevented them from performing the necessary work. They deny that their negligence has driven Farrant to sell her possessions at a loss to herself.
