Richard and Elizabeth Maunsell sell a part of one of the Blackfriars tenements to Cuthbert and Richard Burbage. The indenture provides further details of the Blackfriars property. The sale, Feuillerat notes ('Blackfriars Records,' p 84), meant that the Burbages now held 'practically the whole of the ground lying west of the theatre to Water Lane.'
